Another day, another award shortlist
Over 100 entrepreneurs have been announced as the Finalists in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Rob Dance the CEO and Founder of RockIT is one of the entrepreneurs announced as making the shortlist within the Service Entrepreneur category.
Regarded as the benchmark for entrepreneurial success in the UK, the Awards celebrate the contributions and innovations of British entrepreneurs and their impact on the economy.
By celebrating entrepreneurs who embody a spirit of disruption, innovation and enterprise, the Awards will recognise business leaders from multiple industries across the 20 awards categories.
Previous winners have included Julie Deane MBE, founder of the Cambridge Satchel Company, James Watt, co-founder of Brewdog and Alexander Solomou, founder of Lad Bible.
The Great British Entrepreneur Awards is all about celebrating the wonderful stories that entrepreneurs have, and helping them on their journey to success.

Rob started RockIT eight years ago driven by a firm belief that a company's IT systems are the cornerstone for growth and long-term prosperity. Rob has grown RockIT from 1-85 staff and has fostered trust and advocacy with leading businesses across the UK.
As the CEO of a thriving national business; Rob oversees the corporate direction and strategy for nationwide operations. Robs key focuses are on strategy, leadership, innovation & managing constant change, however his most important focus is firmly on his clients.
Over the next 12 months Rob has plans to open an office in Manchester, as well as keeping a watchful eye on locations in America and Australia. In addition to this, Rob is also reviewing opportunities through acquisitions – considering companies that supplement the business’s services and improve the product offering for our clients.
