The first of many

Last Friday saw us go live with our newly designed Client Portal, just one of many business improvements that are planned for the next few months.

The newly designed portal will vastly improve our clients’ experiences when raising requests and tickets. This particular improvement has come directly from our clients’ feedback. It revolutionises the way they engage with us daily, by creating a more modern looking interface, with a streamlined user experience that will respond to their requirements quicker and provide an improved solution for timely resolutions.

All of the improvement implementations that are planned for the next few months will enhance our clients’ overall experiences and provide more considered and streamlined interactions. Included in these enhancements are a redesigned approach for client onboarding and improvements to the proactive monitoring systems. 

We look forward to announcing these new features and processes in the coming months.
