Importance of Backing Up
Everyone wants the peace of mind of knowing that, if the worst should happen, they have robust backups of their most critical data that they could fall back upon.
Even in the event of a disaster like a fire, everything is recoverable with the right precautions taken in advance. Few people realise however, how long a process that can be. If the worst were to happen, it may take a considerable amount of time to get your business fully operational again. For example, you may have to resort to purchasing new hardware or wait for a response from your insurance provider.
But what if you didn’t have to wait? What if the worst happened and your business could just carry on as normal?
The RockIT Operations team have been designing a range of new Cloud Hosting solutions to improve on our very popular current offerings. They are designed to provide the kind of redundancy that previously most people could only imagine.
This covers everything from automating your off-site backups so that you no longer need to carry around and rotate tapes or USB drives, up to complete redundancy for your entire infrastructure. So if the worst should happen, your servers would be completely unaffected and work can carry on as normal. This would mean that in the event of a serious incident you could send your employees home, or to a temporary office, and have them fully functional and working within the hour! RockIT can take your business’ disaster planning to a whole new level.
These Cloud Hosting packages will be available soon.
