A welcome gift
It’s always nice to get recognition and even better when it’s in the form of Christmas bubbles and delights.
This particular recognition was aimed directly at Mark, one of our most accomplished 3rd Tier Engineers in our Advanced Support Team.
Our 3rd Tier Engineers form part of the escalation process, they are some of the most due-diligent and knowledgeable individuals, but generally only get involved when other avenues have already been explored. They tirelessly take on and rectify our clients’ IT issues, in a responsive and professional manner.
For this particular client, Mark had provided a superb service, going above and beyond to deliver the highest quality of service; a level of service that delivers our clients’ a wow every time.
Like many clients, they originally came to us with existing IT infrastructure, that, over time, had become more problematic and they were starting to experience periodic downtime. When Mark took ownership of the resolution, he made sure he was in regular communication with the client, often working overtime or staying on when needed, to get the issue resolved.
The client was so pleased with all the extra support that Mark had provided, they sent him an extra special Christmas hamper.
Well done Mark, a perfect example of an individual staying true to our principles of excellence and going beyond expectation.
